  • Her autobiography Beyond the Dance was nominated for the 2003 Norma Fleck Award for Canadian Children’s Non-Fiction

  • Named an ‘Outstanding Person of the 20th Century’, which is given in recognition of an outstanding contribution to the Performing Arts. It was signed and sealed at the International Biographical Centre in 2000 in Cambridge, England
  • Danced in the 1997 CRUSAID GALA benefit performance in Birmingham, England. This was a fundraiser helping people who are living with HIV or AIDS
  • Danced in the 1994 DANCERS FOR LIFE Vancouver benefit performance, a Canadian fundraiser that honours those who have been lost to HIV/AIDS
  • Danced in the 1993 DANCERS FOR LIFE Toronto benefit performance
  • 1993 nominated for ‘The Toronto Life Award in Performing Arts’
  • On the Advisory Panel of the Metro Toronto Arts Council from 1991 to 1993
  • In 1988 Chatelaine Magazine named Goh as one of their 'Women of Achievement' for that year
  • In 1988 she was the first Canadian ever awarded the silver medal at the prestigious ADELINE GENÉE COMPETITION in London, England
  • While in school she received honours for all her R.A.D. major ballet exams and the Solo Seal Award
  • In 1986 Ms Goh was a prize winner at the PRIX DE LAUSANNE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF DANCE in Switzerland
